Bobby is a Vietnam veteran from West Virginia. Bobby has played in many bands up and down the East Coast including fronting some National Acts along the way. Loretta Lynn, Tex Ritter and many others. Bobby was the first lead guitarist for Griffin Lane in the late 90's. He lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with his wife and enjoys his music as well as his 2 sons and 5 grandchildren.
Mark began his drumming career in 1964 at the age of 9. He studied with a local instructor that had him playing gigs in his hometown of Asheville North Carolina. Mark has performed with many bands based in NC, SC and has also played with many bands in the Hampton Roads area as well. Mark enjoys playing with his 2 sons Matthew on bass and Nicholas on guitar and others in the "Mount Summitt Band".
Joe began his music career as a Banjo Picker in a Bluegrass band in Blacksburg, Va. He was a charter member of the Clay Griffin and Southern Tradition Band in 1984 and decided to pick up the Pedal Steel Guitar and self taught himself to become the accomplished musician that he is today. Joe performs in many bands throughout the Hampton Roads area and resides with his wife Shelley on their Cotton Plains Farm in Suffolk, Virginia.
Mike grew up near Smithfield, Virginia where in 1965 at the age of 15 was introduced to playing, singing and performing live music on stage. As a self taught bassist, Mike accomplished the ability to learn and laydown the baselines and rhythms of the numerous songs found throughout multiple musical genres. These music categories include and not limited to; country, classic rock&roll, soul, blues and oldies. Mike is a great addition to GLB!
